It works especially great in buttercream, swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and can also be added to sugarpastes, flower pastes, gumpastes, modelling pastes, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes, pastry, frostings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes and more.
