When diluted, 75g of MERI-WHITE is equivalent to twenty egg whites (use that amount to 500ml of water and 3kg of icing sugar for a basic royal icing recipe). It can be used in a host of applications including royal icing, almond goods and meringues.
The whipping quality and brightness of product made with MERI-WHITE is considered to be superior to that made with fresh or frozen egg whites; colour and flavour may be added if desired.
MERI-WHITE is instantly water-soluble and requires no special storage.
