Manufacturer's Guidelines	To adhere sugarpaste to the cake dummy, simply brush with a watered down royal icing mix or strong edible glue. If you require a sharp edge to the top of your cake, simply turn the dummy champhered edge down and fill the gap against the cakeboard with sugarpaste.
