This paste is easy to work with without drying out too quickly, making it ideal for delicate sugarcraft work. It has the strength of a hard setting paste but not too fragile or brittle, and can be rolled out wafer thin. Petal Paste takes colour well and can be dusted with shimmer, and can be used with sugarcraft cutters and tools.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, wrap any remaining icing in foil or polythene to prevent drying. Do not refrigerate.
Instructions Cut off amount required and knead until pliable. Use with icing sugar or cornflour. Colour using gel or paste food colours. Allow decorations to set for 24hrs.
