Salt: <0.1gInstructions As it contains cocoa solids, Chocolate Modelling Paste is naturally very firm and needs to be warmed slightly before use.
Just microwave for around 10 seconds per kilogram and knead well as the paste absorbs the heat from your hands it will become soft and pliable just like ordinary sugar paste.
For firmer modelling just add 1/2tsp of tylo powder to 250g of paste to ensure a firm set finish.Material Chocolate
